If I or my staff cannot attend on a weekday, do you run courses at the weekend?
We occasionally run weekend courses and these are always detailed on our website. However, if you have six or more staff to train then In-House training may be a more suitable option for you as it offers tailored and flexible training. Click here to find out more.

What does the examination entail?
With the exception of some of the Level 3 and Level 4 assignment based qualifications, the majority of our accredited courses are tested by multiple choice examinations.
When will we know the results?
When we run accredited courses, the multiple choice examinations have to be sent to the awarding body to be marked. They normally inform us of the results via email within 7 – 10 days of receiving the paperwork. As soon as we receive the results, we call you and share them with you. Please be aware that for courses that involve written examinations and assignments, the results take approximately 8 – 10 weeks, but again we’ll call you as soon as we have the results.
How do we get our certificates?
All certificates are sent by post to the person who originally booked the training, once the final invoice has been paid.
How can you help staff whose first language is not English?
There are a number of ways in which we can help. Some of the accredited courses that we deliver do have examinations and course books available in different languages and given sufficient notice these are provided at no additional cost. We can also offer oral examinations, which means that the trainer would read the examination to the candidate on a one to one basis at the end of the course.
What happens if someone fails the examination?
Arrangements can be made for any candidate to resit an examination without having to attend the whole course again. There would be a small additional charge to do this to cover the cost of purchasing another examination from the awarding body. Please note there are time limitations for resists.
